oh my.

YAWN.

I am a sleepy, sleepy girl. SLEEPY. If you'll recall I got about 5 and a half hours of sleep Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Last night I napped about half an hour before going to purchase some very cute dresses at forever 21. I wasn't very happy when Matt woke me up from my nap (as he was instructed to do, normally he would've let me just sleep!) but the cute dresses were worth it!

anyway.

so last night we went to bed around, oh, 1200 or a wee bit after. I fell asleep quickly. At 430 I woke up feeling stuffy and needing to go to the bathroom, so I did. I laid back down but no luck. I moved downstairs and again, no dice, although Hazel did decide that my chest/stomach area would be a perfect place for her to clean herself. About 545 I decided there was no more sleep to be had.

that's right...5.5 hours not-last-night-but-the-night-before, 4 hours last night. awesome.

and now it's 10ish and I'm yawning. Did you know that 40-60% of people yawn when they see a picture of someone yawning? just the word yawn can make people yawn. weird, huh? did you just yawn?

oh and. because I am grumpy and someone already tried to do this today--please do not try to help me with my sleeping issues unless you have personal insight/knowledge/experience. if you've read an article on good sleep hygiene, that's awesome, me too. but, um, I've been dealing with this for months now, and sometimes you've just gotta take a nap, okay? yeesh.
