tonight a romantic evening awaits you.

~sayeth my fortune cookie.

I am veryvery busy right now. Lots to do for the wedding. And panhell. And I am putting in an offer on a townhouse today. I went to see more last night, one backed up to a commerically zoned area and the others were awful, and I feel like I've kind of looked at all my options and I am putting in an offer on the one on alexander ( the new one). It's the best bang for my buck, everything conveys and it has the most windows. :)

I'm pretty excited about it!!! If I don't get it it won't be the end of the world, but I'm still really pumped.

Also, I've been trying to think about my travel plans for Oklahoma. I think I've mentioned it before, but Matt and I are planning to take a road trip. And we're trying to figure out how to do it--do I fly there one way and then come back with him? How much vacation do I have? If we drive both ways, what will he do while I'm doing stuff for Renee's wedding (this is actually a HUGE consideration because I don't want to just abandon him, but I also want to get to do all of the *optional* wedding activities without abandoning him)

Anyway, I'm really thinking about us just driving both ways together. I don't know for sure, but maybe...it's a long drive, but not ridiculous, and it's not like we'll be hauling a huge truck or something. Plus, it means more states, and it's cheaper. It is not necessarily more environmentally friendly, but it's not gobs less either.

Here are my proposed routes--one there, one back. Plus, if we go this way I can take pictures of Illinois, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana. And Ohio, at the very very tip. I dunno. Lots of driving. But kind of fun nonetheless, don't you think? I'll let you know how it pans out. :)

i would just like to say i helped my friend meredith move from tulsa to charlotte via car thru the great state of TN - IT TOOK FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER to get thru that state. longest state ever. :)

i think one way there and back would be COOL.
