mmm beer...

So, I need a good quote about beer. I want to put it underneath my title in my thermo paper. Because, well, I just do. But none of these seem appropriate...except maybe the one about oxygen and hydrogen, or the one about fermentation, or the one by Lincoln. But they might not be right either. Hmm, hmm, hmm. Little help? And some light reading...

well, i have to represent for paul, and back the zappa quote. he loves zappa. as do i. but they are all fun. it's so cool to read quotes by some of the greatest minds in history talking about getting pissed. the downside: me thinking about beer at 945 am!
