when you are going out of town...
-pack as little as you can, there's an eco-toll for distance travelled per pound (I need to improve upon this!)
-reduce, reuse, recycle. less waste, less disposable, and recycle those beerand wine bottles :)

I have an environmental question I hope you'll answer. Maybe you already have and I missed it... What temperature should you keep your fridge and freezer? What is the best temperature to not waste resources?
